Fees help pay for your Roadies’ time and keep our whole operation running smoothly, so you can get whatever you need quickly and conveniently.

Our base fare starts from MYR7.50. Any difference thereafter will increase according to the distance. You will be able to check the distance and fare in your application before deciding to complete an order.

Bungkusit is open 24/7, 365 days a year! As long as the merchant you want to order from is open and accepting to get orders, we’ll deliver.

Please do order only if you are certain the outlet is open for orders. Failure to do so could lead to our Roadies to unnecessary trouble and a penalty fee.

Yes, however it is limited to 500km away from your pick up location per order.

Otherwise, you can select Deliver later, if you would like to book your rider earlier. This is for making sure you have a rider when the time comes.

We are sorry to hear this. Please allow a window of approximately 10 minutes for     your order to be picked up. If more than 15 minutes have passed for a ‘Deliver Now’ service, please let us know immediately so that we will get the nearest Roadie to assist you as soon as possible. 

However, if you think that time is not your friend today then you can cancel the order in the app and reorder.
