Download & Register � Bungkusit App is now available on both Android and iOS! After you download the app,
go on and Register by filling in your relevant details and address. Provide all necessary information for the riders to ensure they can easily deliver your items to your door steps.
Payment � We accept only cash payment so that everyone can use our app! Before ordering, make sure you have cash in hand to pay your rider later on! Your item and delivery will be charged once your food has successfully been delivered.
Contact – Ensure your phone number is up to date so our delivery partners and restaurant partners can get in touch with you during the delivery process if needed. You can also communicate with our rider throughout the delivery process so you can easily keep updated with their whereabouts.
Get suggestions � We understand how hard it is to decide on what to eat. Don�t worry, we got your back! Tap on Food Suggestion� on the left bar to find all kind of food suggestions that we prepare specially for you
Placing an order � Choose your need; whether you want to order food or request for courier service delivery. You can set up to 3 locations for courier service.
a) Pick up: Enter your location for the Roadie to collect your parcel that is to be poster
b) Post office: enter the location of a restaurant/street shop or a courier service office (PosLaju, Gdex, etc)
c) Drop off: Enter your location for the Roadie to return your change and tracking slip!

Stay with your phone � While browsing through your Twitter updates and Instagram, make sure you keep updated throughout the order process as you will receive notifications on your phone. Make sure you allow notification for the app so you won�t miss your notifications!
